Made up a cover for the tailgate, again held in place with 3M Velcro
Spray adhesive 3m works well
Only 1/2 the pic came out....WTF?, anyway shows 3M Velcro in position
All covered and ready for fixing
Finished

No Mate, that's it! You realise now that the mini-bar, mirror ball, TV etc, etc, etc,........ is only ONE step away!
STOP RIGHT NOW!
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
Seems some of the pics have disappeared, here are the pics of the building of the back. It was all held in with 3M duolock Velcro as I didn't want to drill holes in the back afgain after welding them all up.
This is the arch / divider

hard to believe how your van just keeps getting better and better. Those rims are a brilliant choice too btw
The back needed a little more colour so being a Signwriter it was easy enough to make up a SANDMAN logo and recess it into the carpet in the rear

I have been doing a few night cruises and shows so I thought a bit of light might be different.
I installed under bonnet LED plug in lights on magnets and fitted some LED lights in the back
