ive got some stuff called Q bond. same system with the glue and powder. cost me $80. works quite well
but..... there is a shelf life on it. I only got through 1/4 of the kit and the shit has gone off. glue has dried and powder has clumped. spewing

I guess for $30, its worth it. That quick fix will get you out of trouble if your stuck on the side of the road
Q Bond retails in SA for about $30, Black and Grey Powder and 2 bottles of glue. Swear by it for welding plastics and repairing cracks and bits missing from plastic.
