Persian Sand XX7 Sandman finally started project

Finally scraped up enough cash to have the body off resto started on my XX7 Persian Sand Sandman. Both the underside of the body and chassis have been blasted, repaired and repainted to original specs. Everything on the chassis is either new of recond and the cargo area has also been painted back to original colour. Now I just have to save up for another five years or so to get the Persian Sand colour done.

That's a great start, good on you. As Blocker said, please don't let it be another five year's.

Good show keep up the good work and enjoy: I am so glad I had mine done in aprox 4 years even that was very frustrating, let alone waiting 5,6 or 7....

Hi, I will add some more pics soon. Body work is being done by The Kustom Shop at Slacks Creek. They did my first van (the green Sandman) they did an awesome job, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have a mate here in Brissy who did the complete chassis and front end, I can supply numbers for both if required.
