HJ floor console mounting speed nuts?

Hi all, wondering if anyone can tell me if speed nuts are used to mount the steel plate that holds the four speed boot to the floor. If they are speed nuts are they the same size as the guard mount speed nuts?

yes they are a speed nut but they dont use a self tapper they use a threaded bolt and they are not the same size as your guard ones ,they are 1/4 in unc
