In the quick reply box click on the icon with the tree on it ( t3rd last from right) and then upload pic from your pc
i am not a tecky guy, but i created a tinypic account www.tinypic.com
then just cut and paste the link, real easy

Either of these options work.
You can upload pics directly using the Insert Image icon like hqgts suggests or use an image hosting site which there are heaps of to choose from.
Just be sure to size the image correctly before uploading.
You also have options like www.photobucket.com and www.dropbox.com with free hosting.
