    damn if only i lived there, i live in cairns. i might think about getting a better one that doesnt need as much attention, anyway ill look around and see what i can find, but vans are pretty rare in cairns

    i found a nice looking torana, but im not sure, Panelvan or Torana, and this is $4000 needs small rust repair, and i have a panelvan in my shed, im not sure what to do, what are your opinions

    Mmm LC Torana or HQ van...Tough choice. The LC looks nice in that pic.

    Thats cheap for a torana it looks like its got the black and white plates on it.much less work to register by the looks of it.good fun to drive and p plate friendly.

    Hard to say, Torana is only a 4 door but if you can use it as is and spend bugger all the price is right. Make sure you drive it first, LC-LJ do not drive like a normal car! Seat vs pedals vs steering wheel is wierd and they don't have conventional steering. They are not for everyone. If it was me i'd buy a mickey mouse HJ-HZ 6cyl Kingswood or Premier for that money. But that is just me.

    You get used to the offset steering wheel lol. Agreed, good price if you can for the most part just buy it and drive it.
