Factory Markings?? and 'Heavy Duty Air Cleaner'??

Hey guys, I have a few questions...

While cleaning up my spare power steering box, I came across these markings under the original paint...

Any idea whether they are markings from the factory? or has the box been rebuilt and the marks added then?

Also, while I was sifting through all my parts, I came across a 202 air cleaner that I have here... I pinched it from a WB One tonner, but it has a sticker that says it is a 'Heavy Duty Air Cleaner' where the 'GMH' sticker normally is. It also has a sticker 'Protected by Forte' on the neck of the air cleaner..

Any ideas if its factory? rare or significant?? I've never seen one like it before..
    Cheers,
    Matt

Earlier Holden Air Cleaners were known as "Double Duty" as they had two elements. Not sure what the story was with this modern stuff.

The "protected by Forte" sticker is nothing to do with holden. These were like those "this car has an alarm" sticker you could buy from autobarn, kmart etc.

the white pen markings were probaby put on by some retard worker in a wrecking yard...the blue and green markings were the factory quality control markings...
