Yes, same problem. The way guys fix it is either fit lowering blocks (illegal) or redrill the caliper carrier so the whole thing rotates to move the caliper away from the leaf springs. To be honest if you badly wanted discs you'd be better off using Commodore rear discs and calipers. Still not a bolt on but a better setup. Drums are superior for what a commercial does though, and the handbrake works better.
