HX Sandman Van found

I found a van in Persian Sand metallic, HX, windlowless, 18V trim. really solid body, original paint, body only

what do we all think of this colour / trim combo?

a) The best colour / trim of the range
b) one of the better HX colours (i.e your top 5)
c) yeah, a run of the mill HX colour, take it or leave it
d) not really my cup of tea
e) Bryons Green Kryptonite.

I dont mind Persian Sand at all....great colour when the chrome is all polished...sets it of nicely ....i'll go 'B' as well

I'd go 'b' also. I like Persian Sand however my least favorite model... Nice in HJ

there are 2 persian sands,HJ and HX.
i think there was a change in HX, sometimes its called persian sand MK 11?

yes i will probably buy it, $1500. kinda complicated at the moment, not a straight forward deal.........

As above there's Persian Sand Mk 1 and Mk 2. I don't know how they relate to the big Holdens, but I think Torana's copped them both.

Yeah your right ian had an slr torana that was that colour

I had a HX Statesman in Persian Sand, bench seat, column auto.

Wish i'de never got rid of it now.
