I'm going against the grain here....I recommend silver, sandman stripes, quad front, honeycomb wheels ...especially since its going to have a 350, t400
Don't forget sheepskin seat inserts, sheepskin tonneau hardcover and HQ Deville doortrims (with sheepskin bottoms).
This is so tempting....no I'm not taking the piss....some ideas from the 70's are so far out(pardon the pun) they were awesome.
And look at that, no tarp hooks
Dick, forgetting the car they are on for a moment....

What about a set of these?

Thanks Byron, I saw that one on e-bay, I'm afraid that I find the twin headlight fronts on HQs particularly the Statesman front, quite ugly. The single headlight front is beautiful in it's simplicity
I'm liking Taily's suggestion more and more, maybe with GTS stripes like this

HQ Glacier White Belmont Ute
Wanted Lanspeed accessories for Holden Grey engines, twin carb manifolds, extractors, rocker cover, 3 speed floor shift.
Just like the hq ute that was often on Packed to the Rafters.
