HJ Sandman guard bolts

Hi all, wondering if anyone can tell me if the guard bolts under the bonnet were originally painted the colour of the car or if they were silver or gold cad plated.

My HJ ute is a Melbourne build early/mid 1975 and they are all silver cad plated bolts originally. The only ones I think were painted were external ones under the front apron in front of the rad support.
