i know its not a cruise or show we can enter but is anyone checking it out? i'm doing the trek over for it. heard its a pretty big event.

Jan 18-20 Valley Hot Rodders annual Cruise On. Held in the beautiful Barossa Valley, highlight of the event is the street party on the Saturday night in Tanunda with two rock & roll bands, dance floor, hotrods and custom cars. this is a fantastic event sat 19th jan main street of Tanunda . The main street is packed with hotrods and classics as well as 2 bands and lots of places to eat and drink. There is also a dance floor set up in front of the valley hotel with rock n roll dancing. This would be one of the best car events in SA ,not just a static show on an oval , they close the street about 4pm but we dont usually get there till about 6 and it goes untill about 11pm. This year we wont be taking our hotrod but we will be there, so if you want to meet up pm me your mob number (we only live 15 mins away from this event ) Anyone can enter for the whole weekend but they usually restrict parking in the main street to hotrods and classics.

yea cool! i'm even more excited now haha i'm driving to port augusta and meeting a few blokes there and cruising down in convoy...we have a unit at the caravan park i believe... is that far from the show? when do the cars usually roll in? we were thinkin we'd have to leave port augusta pretty early sat morning but if it dont start till 4pm we can take our time.

it starts friday night for entrants but the street party is 4pm sat night .If you are staying at Tanunda caravan park (usually fully booked ?) it is within walking distance to the main street . The saturday night is a free event .

yea the guys booked cabin ages ago i believe.... i'm cruising in my v series van, and i think we have eh ute, hz ute and xy/w gt falcon

people pulled out but i'm still heading over, just be my van and the gt.... we just got a coupla powered sites instead. i'll pm my numba. call past the park for a bevvy
