built date is 6 month 1978.
i need to know the proper inlet manifold part number??

Tough call. The ADR27A red 308 inlet manifold changed at some stage between introduction in 1976 to the end of HZ/VB. One has the barrels down the sides of the head faces (designed for water but never used), the other (later) is flat in that area. It changed at some time in 1978 I believe but not sure when. You probably need to find some very original 308 powered cars with engine numbers close to yours to tell for sure.

The part number will often be one digit away from the cast number for manifolds. You'd need top know what generation HZ catalogue Rodney has to make any conclusions.

I think the last one Rod put up is for export 308's without emissions. Middle one is probably the later manifold and the top one is probably the early one. You just need to look for very original cars around your engine number to find out what they had on them. From memory A9X got the earlier style and they were built into late 1977. So some time after that. I've never looked at the manual vs auto thing either and the change may have something to do with that as well.

Agro, that part number at a stab would most likely be early red or blue commodore or something about that era. Don't think it is a WB one (numbers don't line-up), not sure what the Magnum had on it either or if it was a standard 5Lt auto manifold: 92001234, or if they went to the superceded one: 9947175.

Best I can do, don't have a commodore parts book.
