Mate I think you would be lucky to find one of those that's not in the same condition as yours, the tailgate handle is pretty much the only part that rare spares , kingswood country etc don't make. I know rare spares was looking at making them but don't know if they would come with rubber.
I really struggled to find a handle for my van and ended up putting a broken brittle rubber in it, I recon your best bet would be make one up or wander round a wrecker look for something similar on a different type of car.
Sorry I can't really help ya but I have just been through the same thing so if anyone else knows where to get one I need one as well !

i couldnt even find bushes for an HQ rat trap clutch set up or bushes for column shift linkages... it deffo starting to get hard to find some stuff for these beasts.

as benvanman said try a suspension shop or hardware and just modify it if poss. otherwise maybe some inner bike tubes glued together Mcgyver style!

Both the tailgate handle and the ferrule including the rubber are being made , the tooling order was place last week probably about 6 months away.
Also we are making the lower tailgate in thicker material 1 mm and they will be an exclusive Rare Spares part
