Just to be contentious(?) my FOUR favourite builds, I couldn't keep it down to three, Ron Barclay's HQ Ute, Alley Cat, ZZ Top Eliminator Coupe, and I can't remember the blokes name but in the late 80's this bloke in the UK built a Morris Minor van. The roof and top of the van lifted off to become a convertible ute and from memory he had a ute cab section that he put on as well. Those who know Morry LCVs will understand what I'm talking about. It also ran an 1800 dohc Fiat engine and 5spd. Thinking back to the early 80's, I had every issue of Van Wheels before it became Street Machine, buggered if I can remember what happened to the collection though!
