Wanted Carb, 465 Holley, Qjet, or Edelbrock 500

Hello all, we are after a new carb, either 465 Holley, Qjet, or Edelbrock 500, does anyone have one or any suggestions?

I have a Quadie sitting on my 355 and it has been brillant.

If you can find someone who knows how to set them up properly, then they are great, if not, go for a Holley 4779 Race Carby.

I bought a brand new Edelbrock to match the Edelbrock inlet manifold on my 253 after the Quadrajet couldn't be fixed. I think it cost me about $450 2 years ago. Bolted straight on & ran perfect. Only down fall is it's a bit thirsty with the 253. Initially I thought it would be fine ref fuel from what I was told. Doesn't phase me too much as I don't drive it that much.
