You can't for sure, but if your build date is within 3 or 4 months after that engine date then good chance it is. Make sure the engine number starts with a QT too. 11QT would be a statesman engine.

Well if you had the original documentation you could. It makes no difference anyway so don't worry about it. Date codes should add no value in a Sandman for this reason.
11QT is statesman or a rebirthed QT engine.
