    WB Statesman front info

I'm wanting a Statesman front for my WB Ute. I'm looking at piecing one together as the complete units go for huge money.
With my ute already a WB I'm wondering if I can keep my existing radiator support panel and also the top nose cone?
From the pictures I've seen the Statesman radiator support looks the same. And the top nose cone panel looks the same but I don't know how the grills bolt up on the Statesman.

So hoping someone can give me a definite answer.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks mate. What is the difference?
I noticed that small infill between standard light and grill unbolts so that got me thinking.

Nose is different. You can use the guards, bonnet, inner guards, and stone trays at the front. You can use your radiator support to repair a rusty Statesman one and the reflectors in your lights to replace bad Statesman ones. What you need are Statesman:
    Support
    Nose panel
    Grille
    Lights
    Bumperettes
Numberplate mount - can use plastic ute one but not as nice.
Also proper Statesman guards have small nutserts in the side for the bumperette to attach to, but you can get these put in by copying a Statesman guard.

Nose panel is cut off square at the top to suit the bigger grill.

Makes sense. Same with De Ville and Caprice?

If you think complete ones go for big money wait till you price up the individual lights and chrome pieces in good nick.

Mate of mine just got a full front on eBay for $700. Another $400 and the same seller gave him a set of genuine HZ gts guards modified to fit the WB nose cone. Whole lot was rust free, panelbeaten and primed.

why not keep the standard front, unless its the bog standard round headlight wb front, everyone put stato fronts on years ago, i reckon the kingswood front is the best, but each to there own.
