We have a small community here at mySandman.com.au and things happen here very quickly.

I've put a lot of time and effort into this site - invested more than just money, prizes and time for members, with no financial benefit to me. So for me to go away for a weekend and have a life and not visit the site for 48 hours I see some very nasty crap go down.

Yes it was going to happen and I should have got onto it earlier (lesson learnt for me). Therefore I apologize and will enforce my own forum rules just that little stricter from now on. I will say this however, if people cannot get along you are not welcome here - full stop.

I have moved and updated the forum rules, some additional material about etiquette and behavior etc. Please take the time to read it and if you do not understand it feel free to ask. We're here to help each other.

We've got two moderators on the forums, they are here to assist and put out any fires if they occur but it should be proactive instead of reactive, it's up to each one of us on the forums to keep on top of issues that might bring this community undone. When I say keep on top, I mean if you notice something inappropriate or out of line, send a message to the Mods or me immediately. Do not take matters into your own hands.

I think one of the big things we notice is there are two distinct groups of Sandman owners, those that want factory original restores and those that want the lifestyle restores. They do cross over and they also differ... therefore be tolerant of each others views and discuss freely, openly but with respect.

Agree with Andrew. Keep it all nice.

Have had my internet speed restricted for past 2 weeks and have been an infrequent visitor recently. I will try to get on to this more quickly as well.

I have had a great weekend out and about in the van with fellow enthusiasts on the Sandman run to Lorne. This was all possible due to the great work from Andrew in setting up this site and spending all his spare time keeping it going. Let's use the site for goodness instead of evil as Maxwell Smart would say. :shifty::shifty::shifty:

Surely we can censor ourselves. If we were all the same it would be pretty boring. Agree to disagree and move on.
