The more i think about it, the more chance i'd buy one....especially if you did a kit of door, ignition and tailgate locks with matching keys!

Basically the "T" Handle caters for 1957 FE to 1962 EK Station Sedan and Panel Van then 1962 EJ to 1984 WB Panel Vans.
There should be no shortage of sales.

But you would need to offer barrels that accept both early and late keys. No way would I want a plastic HX-WB key in my FB Station Sedan for instance.
Chrome quality must be assured.

If you had these in stock, they looked and worked as new, I'd go buy one today.
If you did them as a complete kit with the the ignition, doors and tailgate all keyed the same for around 300 I might even get excited.

If you get your LS1001 (BARRELS & KEYS IGN / 2 DOORS / BOOT HQ HX LJ LH LX) with the right keys for a HQ-X (ie Square and Round), is there a package where you get GL1003 (BARREL & KEY GLOVEBOX AND CASE HQ-WB LJ-UC CHROME) keyed the same locks?

I thought the round key origionally was for the glovebox lock and the boot/tailgate for universal valet parking. If so the complete lock package could include a lock for the tailgate and maybe you package the tailgate handle sans lock and sell that seperatly. There are lots of tailgates with broken locks but perfectly functional handles.

This would allow the DLS1004 (BARREL & KEYS DOOR LOCKS & IGNITION HZ WB) to be supplied with the different keys if packaged with the appropriate glovebox/boot/tailgate set.

I paid $125 to have mine repaired and keyed alike to 2 door locks.
Old mate had it for about a month though. Said he would key the ignition barrel when I pull it out.
Based on that your price seems reasonable to me Les!!
