HJ Sandman roof lining

Kinda related but what would the chances be that an hj with full roof lining would also be a sandman. If it were also painted a hero colour would this improve the odds

The only way to get BB7 headlining on HJ was on Sandman. Officially anyway.

with the full hoodining bracket at the back,the one withthe teeth,how is you pull the teeth back out with damaging it to much ?
