    Whack on a front bar and spoiler and fit the proper rear bumperettes. Put in a nice healthy 308 running on straight gas and then drive it.

    Or you could strip it all apart, have it cluttering your garage for 3 years, find more work than you thought it needed, over capitalise on the resto, get ripped off by a dodgy painter only to get pressured by the wife to cut your losses and sell it as an 80% completed project when the money runs out and your enthusiasm has all but gone.

    Mate its your van and your money so do what you want with what you can afford, if it is close to road worthy and you really just want to drive it as is well do it, on the other hand if your wanting to put time and money into a resto go with that. My van was a bit rough even though it was registered in Vic it would have needed a bit to get it reg in NSW, like a lot of resto my budget has blown out but I am happy with the result thus far with no plans to sell it I want to drive it and enjoy!!
