Mum and Dad bought one new. Was blue in colour. Long gone before I was born though. Traded it in on a new HT wagon. I remember that one just. They traded that one in on a new HJ wagon. It went on a new Sigma sedan
I was 6 and don’t member the wagon. In 1966 my mate’s dads bought a new HR Premer, green with white roof and remember beening driven around in that. Eleven years later the same mate and I brought our HX Sandman’s. Pictures on my page and my Avatar picture.

my dad bought a new HT kingswood in 1969 $2600 options were 186 engine, two tone paint, and a heater ,i still have the purchase receipt and the car too
I remember my old man buying a sigma when they first came out because the cig lighter and the radio in the holden was an option. I cant remember whether thats right or not but I can remember him whinging about it.
I remember him whinging when petrol went to 20c a litre as well.
I also remember him being pulled over by the Police near Coffs for trying to do 100mph in the sigma just to see if it would do it with the family in the car ( mum and three kids ).
...Ahh the good ol' days.
Nah, I'm just driving around looking for someone with licence.
My father only bought new ford's, until 1975, when he bought a new HJ kingswood ute. He then went backto ford and traded that on 77 fairmont. I was the dummy that bought an 81 sigma, I still can't believe I did it.
