Am i correct or is this ute correct??
Thanks

BO6 = Rarer then a Sandman
They love getting rid of the tarp hooks.
15's look good.
Ive had 2 genuine sandmans still in their original paint from 2 different plants and both were slightly different.
I havent got great pics but the carribean turquoise one below was sydney buit and had them bigger behind the door, and the mistral grey one below that was melbourne built and had them smaller just following the contours of the body curve. Interestingly the melb one also had black painted inside the cowling grill whereas the sydney one was body colour in there...
Hainzy, these cannot be plant specific things between Dandenong and Pagewood vans as they were both painted in the same place ie Elizabeth (bodies anyway, front panels were painted in the assembly plants). It must be a running change or a series change or one has been painted.
Agro...Hainzy, I'd say the tribute ute is correct. Nothing about the blackout's really strike's me as being incorrect..(I previously owned an original 78 ute). Look's like a nice ute, especially with auto and air conditioning.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
I think that ute was a members ute on here. I remember the super quick rebuild being published on here.
The original paint on the three of my sandman vans all went back further and were more straight up and down
