Muncie four speed gearbox?

G'day
Was wondering if any one had a Muncie for sale. I have a 0km rebuilt turbo 400 with Stally, shift kit, Teflon plates etc might be interested in trade or just outright buy. Would like to get one with shifter but open to all suggestions.

Secondhand boxes can be hit and miss. You can get a brand new one from the US for about $1600US but you'll need all teh conversion stuff too. They are available in all sorts of ratios too, even with an overdrive 3rd gear (like 0.85:1 or something on third, and the selector is just swaped over so it shifts in a 4spd pattern) - good when running 4.11's or the like.

What sort of $$ are looking for the TH 400?

Not sure Tally, was hoping to use it in trade with Muncie, build cost and purchase cost of the Turbo 400 are in the $1800 area. If I can find one outright buy I would be happy to neg with you on it

Thanks for the info on the Muncie HK1837, I missed out on one on fleabay the other week, complete conversion but I'll keep looking.
