    Looking for a HX Sandman

Looking for genuine HX 308 four speed Sandman panelvan in deville blue...

Am not in a position to restore myself due to physical limitations so either a fully restored or if anyone out there would be interested in restoring one for me?

    Cheers

    Rob

I guess one needs to show up restored. I dont know where you could get someone to fix one up. The hard part is finding one plated like your old one. I like the photo of the old papaya one in your avatar.

Good luck and be patient. You never know, a 6cyl or 253 one might turn up and all you have to do it put a 308 in it!

The Papaya van belonged to one of my good mates… we went through primary and high school together a long time ago! He bought it new in 1977. At the time I was faming in the wheat belt in WA. That photo was taken at Wave Rock in Hyden after as messy night at the Lake Grace Hotel.
Good times to say the least.
‘‘Adam’’ is your old man’s name Trevor? You know the whole story!
