Took a my booster and front brake calipers in to get reconditioned and thought I would take that funny looking thing all the brake lines go into (brake proportioning value) for them to have a look at , clean it up maybe replace with a new one, just as well, as it is stuffed, unfortunately you cannot buy these new anymore although they said I could buy an after market one? anyhow rang a few places for a second hand includeing Greg at OZ Wrecks. Was looking tonight on ebay and noticed some for sale which are suited for rekit? was under the impression from my brake specialist they cant be rebuild. Are these a common thing to wear on a 35 year old car and if so what are the chances of getting a good second hand one, Greg has offered to replace it if faulty if I purchase and have it checked out to find same problem, has anyone used or know of after market ones?
