Looking at this document it indicates you could get a rear discs in a HZ commercial. Was this an late factory option for a Sandman? I thought the ones I had seen were modded dif housings...

Never heard of that. Notice that first page is actually dated 1977. So early HZ not late.
That would have been well worth having, much better brakes.

They are mentioned in the early versions of the features manual for HZ as being available on HZ commercials, but it is edited before HZ release to remove them.
