I does look like one but I cannot guarantee you it is. Is should be, being a HJ van with a metallic late HJ colour, but this rule has been broken before. If it has a console and full length headlining i'd be all but 100% certain. Can you get me the chassis number too as this is a new one to me, should be close to BHJ162xxM. Lovely TRIM line too, Bordeaux metallic with Chamois/Black trim. One of the most stunning late HJ colour schemes. I've seen it on HX (late HJ colours are carried over into HX) but it is destroyed a bit by the HX stripes, looks much better with black HJ stripes and fluted guards in my opinion.
Edit, this is only the 7th Sandman I have recorded in this body colour, and only the second HJ. It is the first HJ with 60A trim, the other is 19V. The 5 x HX's are all 60A except for one 18V. All are vans.

It may still have the mounting strips and rear finger-style mount for the headlining.
What about the sides on teh inside of the drip rails? All vans have the clips just behind the cabin.
Not the clips, the side rails the headlining attaches to, along the drip rails above where side windows would go.
