Are you going full standard wheels or wide standard wheels? I've got a HQ sedan with wide wheels and the standard hubcaps which really makes them look just a little bit tough while still being good enough for Grandpa.

from memory i put hubcaps from a hz kingswood straight onto a set of 12 slotters years ago to pass roadworthy/ make the car look stock they just push straight on to the rim.

Have a set of the chromed hubcaps in reasonable nick, a HJ steering wheel, I noticed on your pics of the car that the bump strip on the LH front guard is damaged - have most of those too with the arrowheads.
If you PM me your number I'll flick you a couple of pics of it all by text. (Haven't got the time this morning to upload them here).
