I replyed to a recent post stating to use vaseline on battery terminals - to prevent corrision...

Here are 2 more, hetrosexual, handy uses I can think of for petroleum jelly

o Sealing "Superlift" Air Shock absorbers - apply to o-rings on connections / valve / cap thread etc.

o Break Slider Pins - pack liberally.

Works for me. I'm sure there are more...
