Red Windowless Sandman Whyalla to Port Augusta SA

its probably a long shot but when i was driving back from trade school in port augusta back to port lincoln this afternoon, i passed a fellow vanner between whyalla and port augusta heading in the port augusta direction! the van looked amazing!! real deep red windowless possibly hx/hz, twin headlight front. so just wondering if it was anyone on here?? and if so do you live down eyre peninsula way??

on a seperate note i managed to catch up with boalsie from alice springs who was down here in lincoln a coupla weeks ago. was great to meet someone through the mysandman site!! i even backed a horse he has connections with for a win last weekend so happy days!! haha

there was a red van sold on ebay or gumtree just recently in SA so maybe thats it, but it is a mock up WB ( not that theres any thing wrong with that) must be a day for vans i saw a neat but original HK and a bedford van today

On another note for the lads up in the neck of the woods (salt pans). Is there anything worth looking into at the wreckers on the Adelaide side of Port Pirie, large yard on the left on Warnertown Rd.

i havent been much further east then port augusta for quite some time.....i've been keeping an eye out around the eyre peninsula though...with my new job we spend alot of time driving around farms...nothing worth saving spotted as yet but only early days
