HJ or HX. I think you need the idiot lights to tell the difference from a photo. There should be a date code on the back of each guage which will be the most accurate assessment.

White needle HX would be my guess

The speedo has 2X041 stamped on it in ink. The tacho has X0622.
The 4 gauge part has what looks like 10X06 on it. It's a little bit smudged.
look at the odometer, if it only goes upto 99,999 it will be out of HJ.
late HJ - HX odo up to 999,999
Late HX white needle speedo had blue hi beam light in background..
