Does anyone know this van?

10/77 Windsor Blue with 60V trim. 253 4spd 3.55.

Chassis number AHZ00145M.

I'm not sure where it came from, but Leroy has it recorded too. Leroy has VIN 8M70RHJ##4204Z but there is no such car. I'm trying to place it amongst all the others. The best fit appears to be 8M70RHJ##4084Z as it is the only PSN with the same first 3 digits that ends in 4 and it is the only PSN that would place the Elizabeth BODY number correctly.

Someone here will probably know it or own it as it is only one of two Windsor blue with Chamois/Covert trim that I have recorded. I just want to confirm the VIN number on the van.
