Notice the U17 dash also has a separate order number for the facia (148).
Shame its so hard to read.
That is because U17 is the instruments only. The fascia is separate to the instruments. In the Feautures manual it actually lists the fascia as a feature change and the instruments (U17) as a component option. You'll probably find a white sticker with a black GB on it an original fascia. That is the picking slip code for the Sandman fascia (which I think is the same as GTS).
On some of the original HZ fascias I have there is a white sticker with the part number printed on it ...... 9946774 GB
