    Very first HQ Sandman

I think I have found the very first HQ Sandman.

Could anyone here with an original HQ Sandman brochure have a close look at the picture of the interior of the car inside the brochure and look around the whole picture and tell me what you see. Any hints as to the car. See what you can see. I just want to get other's opinions of what is in the picture to make sure I am seeing right.

I haven't found the car, just evidence of what it is and what was on the ID plates and when it was built. Forget the car for now, you'll all read about it later. What evidence can you glean from the car in the brochure showing the interior through the door of the car? Just looking to see if people can see what I can see.

Edit: Anyone want to take a guess at the colour of the van in the brochure with the tailgates wide open? My first instinct was it wasn't a Sandman as there was no visible black on the beaver area (I thought it was the same olive green van from the 11/71 HQ commercials brochure). Then I saw the buckets, console and the 4spd shifter. Primitive photoshop?

Think outside the square. This is possibly the first HQ Sandman van. Production Sandmans are 1974. This car could have had a birthday by then. So it could even be a 1972 colour. I was thinking it might be LinaMint or Lettuce Alone. Or it could just be a trick of the light. Shame I can't tell if it is a 6cyl or V8.

Lettuce Alone looks good from what you can see through a computer screen
