can't quite make out the console if its early HQ or late HQ - no seat belts in sight...

Lettuce Alone looks good from what you can see through a computer screen

Are those seat hinges right? I know what HQ coupe ones look like but not sure about HQ sedan or commercial.

Also no interior light. (these may be normal HQ stuff, gotta admit most of mine are later and the only HQ's I have are either dissasembled or have been upgraded with later interiors.)

Not really familiar with HQ, but does it have velour seat inserts? They look kind of flat to me (not like the pattern in the vinyl seats).

    Ummm I bet I missed things..haha

    Green/Yellow van
    - good to see the Chestnut 39B interour as not all had Black 30B.

    Black interiour
    - Kingswood door trims so should be from a ute.
    - Brown\Gold edges in the paint could be from this picture but would be at odds with the Belmont PV's. The picture hints its a van because of the lack of rear window shown behind the seats.
    holden_hq_sandman.jpg
    - Center console is the solid body but we have seen the 8-track holed versions used. (Including the one Byron's mate has) This is in contrast to the floppy seatbelts as fitted to all commercials.
    - to me the plastic seat hinge covers are ok. I thought only the flip coupe seats had the chrome hinges.

    Gear shift.
Looks normal. HQ's had a chrome stick... Is it tapered? Should it be...

    Motor
Dont know when the air filter changed the snout direction and this one is early being that it is missing the hose from the tappet cover to the filter connection at the front.

    Dash.
As discussed it has the late 73/early 74 hybrid speedo. This picture is what origionally threw in the 200kph speedo as std but the build sheets confirm the 220kph.
Cant see the brake pedal but maybe its obscured.
