Looks like a factory no seater to me as well! And i really like the underfloor airconditioning...

I know they are not great photos, but I can't see any rusted out drip rails and the cowl might be repairable. The sills and quarters are probably rusty but if they aren't too bad it is only a floor and they are easy compared to painted bodywork. I wouldn't use it as a good car, but if it is reasonable it might make a good, cheap rat-van, ie fix up rust, paint matt black and stick a SBC in it.
