Never came across genuine gmh sandman mattresses in the past 37 years. Anything is possible though.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
Reckon I could get some made new for less than half that!
Nothin GMH on em so why not if that's what your after!
I'll stick with my 6 inch foamy for now!
Hmmm, unlikely I would say.
I'm really sus on it. I've made something similar in the past. Would just be 2 inch foam covered in the Holden long grain vinyl (which is still available but not expensive) I'm thinking you'd get that made by a local upholsterer or motor trimmer for half that

WANTED - Aquarius Sandman Ute
I doubt it's a genuine GMH product. Probably an after-market accessory made by a different company. In his description note 'they came out of HJ Sandman I sold a few years back'. Most likely thinks they're an original GMH accessory because he found it in a HJ Holden Sandman. :/
I've owned 3 vans and i have never heard of a genuine mattress i had one made years ago but a lot thicker than that and in one piece
It is more likely that they might have been the product of a dealer doing a deal with a local upholsterer when they were new and if so old mate is under the misguided opinion they were genuine GM instead of a one-off dealer accessory.
Have seen similar, but thicker. Those ones might be for the ute owners to sleep under their tonneau covers - we don't get as much room as you partay palace van dwellers.... ;)
Nunc est bibendum...
I worked in for a GMH dealer in spare parts back when HX and HZ's were new. I've never heard of a GMH mattress.
