Monman71...id really love to see pics of the GTS 350s engine bay when you can mate.....you're a lucky fella to be owning one of these beauties!! Welcome aboard too!!!
I've only just started to notice them. I usually search "HJ Holden". Saw at least two in the last week or so. Here's one: HQ(?) rear bar
Here's a set of the lights by themselves if you wanna have a go at your own bar: 1978 LTD rear lights
Regards,
Dave.
Nunc est bibendum...
I watched one last week, it went for $118 in SA,when I did mine I used a HQ rear wagon bar, cut the holes, welded the custom brackets in and re chromed, I bought the tail lights new off the ford dealer .years ago I bought second hand spare tail lights and they were $150 the pair then. Cheers
Ahhh my bad!! Sorry bout that!! Still, theyre great rides and wish i still had mine
I am from Busselton WA
I found mysandman.com when I was trying to find out if the HZ Sandman that I have sinse bought was genuine. (Ta for the info)
For a living? It's a full time job avoiding work but if I have to it's a Subway franchisee.
Movies?. Madmax 1. I hope I don't seem insencetive but I think Max got mad when his Sandman blew up.
Music? Warren Zevon or Aussie Digital on the Internet
And I would like to do? Get the sandman on the road (not much to go) and take Katy and the Dogs on road trip to Exmouth.
And I'm proud of? I have to say, Katy and my sons of coarse, but I also like where I live and the collection of Yamaha IT's in the shed.
Hey Frosty great to have another person to the forums, glad you found us and you got your HZ sorted.
Always a good feeling when you work out that it is genuine, but you have heaps of them over their in WA!
We'd love to see photos and progress stuff on your car, so you could create a thread in the Showroom called something like Frosties HZ and use it as a diary, most people here can't read but we love pictures HAHA!
Hello everyone I just join up cause I am interested in buying a sandman
So what should I look for ?
