I know you said eastern burbs, but try Jarrad Solomon (AKA Smiley) 0468351837 at 'Cre8tive Edge Auto Refinishing' in Bacchus Marsh, he did his time painting Austin Healeys and other upper end cars at Marsh Classic and now has his own shop, he painted the winner of show HX Sandman Panelvan in Feb this year that you can see in my album. Last year I won with my HR that he also painted, he works on progess payment structure.
