    difference between auto and manual column shift columns

    hey guys ive been asked if ive got a 3spd manual column to replace one in a panno all ive been told is that its broken and need a another, ive got a few column shift columns but have no idea if there auto or manual or if there is a difference, anyone shed any light, its his work panno so he'll want to get it going agian fairly soon

    3spd manual are a H pattern with 2 x operators in the engine pay (for 2 x shift rods), auto are just a straight shift with one operator.

    cheers ill have to go for a dig in the shed tommorow, ive got a feeling i cut the selectors of a manual column for my ute
