Do you name your cars?

No but our yellow van is a girl, for what reason I don't know, but when she turns over I always say come on old girl....lol....

My Mrs usually names hers and my cars (HG ute - BITCH) but as afr as the van is concerned:
HZ was going to be known as PREDATOR but the interior has changed to the original plans so another name has to be found.
HJ was going to be called UNDERWORLD with a scene from the movie as it's rear interior (this hadn't been decided).

Just out of curiosity (from someone who doesn't know much about customs) did people think of a theme to suit a name or a name to suit a theme? Does that make sense?

I really don't know Blocker. I just got a name in mind whilst looking at the outside of the van (and the feel from the inside) and worked out a name from there.
So i can't speak for other people's choices.

i let my girlfriend name my cars. she usually makes something out of the letter in the plate.

i had a ve ss ute 1DNJ### and she called it Dean Jones

another is 1BET### she is known as Bettina kinda kookie huh

I don't think i've ever named a car i've owned but my Bobcat gets called Bob (very original!). May mate's black XA RPO83 coupe was called Black Betty.

My parents have named their 4runner Bertha, My sisters car has been given the name The Girl Chariot.

And a name was decided for mine (by my brother..) and it is The Boxhead Express, cause it's gonna be loud and I was very loud and impulsive when I was younger...
