They did contact me a few months ago to get some decal info. I don't know if it is genuine or not, so if it is on display have a look if you can (remember no cameras in casino).
It reminds of the one that was up for sale in Frankston about 12 months ago - anyone remember that one?
I doubt they would have the hood open to confirm identity. Wonder what the legalities of giving away a Sandman that is only a replica and not stating this. Could it leave them open to be sued by the winner?
I'm sure James Packer could afford every Sandman model....in every colour and configuration, with the notes that are in his pocket right now!!! Pretty sure he wouldn't be worried about getting sued!!!
The only thing is the wheels they need to be changed back to Ralley rims, but like the rest of us I would like to know if it is the real deal.
