SA - Riverland Camping, BBQ, Fishing, Swimming and Boating Weekend!

Ok. So been chatting with some other SA members and the thought has come up for a camping weekend on the river.

So Im after suggestions and see who is keen. What type of cars you would bring will also help me decide where we go! It will be around Renmark/Berri. But will be right on the river. With a BBQ and swags/tents/campers.

Thinking Friday night, sat and sat night and head homeSunday. Or make it a long weekend?

Would look at doing it January.

If you have a boat and plan to bring it let me know. Will make sure that the place is suited for boating also. Fishing well anywhere will suit!

Im in will be bringing my SS torana i dont think the van will make it on 7 cylinders

Sounds good! Yeh ok AG it was your idea! I have had some thoughts on where we can go! No dirt roads will be needed. Nice grass area and toilets etc etc.

Are people interested in bringing dirtbikes also? If so I will have to keep this in mind when choosing a place!

renmark riverside caravan park is excellent it is riverfront and has a pool and cabins for those not so keen on camping .is this going to be a family thing or were you thinking of a boys weekend only ??

I was thinking a family thing yes would be the go! True caravan park could work. But only thing is it would be busy Jan time. Who doesnt like camping? hahahah!!!! Nah all is only ideas so open to all suggestions!
