Mates sandman he thinks but not sure

Here are the details of a van my mate is thinking of buying 5-78 8m70thl4146237 l31 m41 gu4 trim 63v paint 1931 full length roof lining gts wheels steering wheel and dash...chasis bhz20326a 2200kg engine qt954000 model no. Hz8wm70 seats bit is blank ..he reckons it might be a sandman but he is unsure, if anybody can help that would be fantastic,cheeers peter ..

Its hard to get a deffinate yes on these sandmans,so i suppose it might be worth the risk if your buying it at a v8 kingswood p/van price,thanks peter..

Why is the seat capacity blank? Sometimes there is a misalignment of the number and you need to look about an inch or more above where you think it should be. Grab a rag and clean off any built up dirt too.

Yes the number look good for a Sandman, you've obviously done your homework check the seat cap

I have this recorded in the database already as NOT a Sandman, as it has a 3 seat capacity. I have original sale date, original selling dealer and also original rego number so I must have seen the original owner's manual with owner's details. So i'm pretty confident it isn't an original Sandman as I wouldn't have entered it into the database a definite NO unless I was sure it wasn't. The 3 seat capacity makes me sure!
