Engine bay looking a treat!

Finally have a air con that works like a charm,driving around with windows up.

Used the old demister duct just blanked the end off and feed the new ducting hose up each side works a treat.

Did the same with the cold air ducts

Control unit sits in that tray under the radio.

And yes i did have to modify the glovebox,lost about half of it.

Engine bay has more room without that huge evaporator unit under there.

Just as cold as any new commodore,have been driving around with it on low,to cold if left on high.

so do you remove the complete standard heater box? Does that unit have a heater in it as well? How well does it match up to the plenum chamber?

Yep the old unit tossed over the shoulder.Heater/aircon all in one, stand alone unit,heater also works likes a charm.
