NOS bits

Going to brag about some NOS bits I picked up from an ex Holden dealer on Friday,

HQ remote boot release still in the box w/ 8 pgs of fitting instructions

pr of rear shocks suit Monaro date code 71 and 73

tail light globe holders and lenses

rollers for window regulators

Asked how much for the boot release he said $15 I gave him 50 and still felt guilty

I have been looking for one for years and found an electric one from a WB, but it only had the solenoid not the rest of the setup.

He has a window blind that has all the fast moving 48-215 parts on it still in fantastic nick.

I asked about dealer bulletins but he didn't seem to think he had any left but the amount of paperwork he has laying around I'm sure there are some. Hopefully he will keep looking after I have jogged his memory.

good score on the hq boot release..extremely rare option all vacuum controlled...love to see the fitting instructions..

Greg I would love the id and some pics of your new limo, interior and engine bay especially, is it Sienna? I thought all HX Caprice was fitted with the ABS or was it just the later ones to use up the stocks

ive only ever seen a couple of hx caprices with the abs..this one is a 7/76..im not sure of the colour as i didnt bother to get any id from the plates coz i bought it..will post the details up for you when i pick it up later this week..thanks for the pics..
