Marino Children Charity car Show Today

A good friend of mine lost his neice and her partner when they were on a trip to melbourne for her birthday about 2 months ago. They were both killed when a woman ran a red light on Lygon St while they were on there way to an AFL game and hit them on a pedestrian crossing.
Very tragic story as they had 2 little ones aged 5 and 2.
The local community has really rallied behind the family and today we had a car and bike show n shine to raise some more $$$ for them. Was a great day and turnout. Here are a few pics and info..

This was a standout for me. 20 Year old paint job has owned the car for 22 years. Drove it up to Eastern Creek Dragway yesterday for some runs. Does around 12.5s..

Then they asked me as the major sponsor to pick the car of the day!! A little nervous I walked around again and picked 3! Annie put the numbers in the Mysandman cap and I pulled this out!!

How sad Love the HT and Torrie bought my torrie off the parents of a guy that died aged 26 i have had it for about 8 years and still see them around and they will never get over their sons death
