Gawler but i have a sister at kurralta park and inlaws at flagstaff hill but i am happy to pick them up i just need to take them off my van first . I got the short ones off a HQ van about 25 years ago but i thought the short ones were for utes ??? they look better but with the factory straps the tailgate hangs down too low

shorts do HQ, then they made the longs to fit HJ-WB, i beleive it made it easier to sweep stuff out of the back etc

sounds like you two have already sorted it out but very shortly we will be releasing brand new hinges, both HQ and HJ versions to save people trying to recondition there old ones

If it should have shorts i will leave them on it. Blocker if you are after some short hinges i can get you some but they are at Berri I hope to get up there some time in the next few weeks should be able to get them for free but just depends if i can get them off .When i bought my van it had long hinges on it but they were bent and the tailgate didnt seal but the new hinges havent improved it much i looked at a few vans at GM day and they had the same problem any ideas ???
